The You phase was tough but, regardless of the outcomes, all candidates stood their ground and showed us what they’re all about and that was pretty awesome, so congrats to everybody!
The You presentation was a key point in the selection process, as it helped us meet face to face and really get to know the candidates in the program. From the 90 youngsters who entered this stage, 46 passed: 40 internal candidates and 6 from outside eMAG.
Now, in the We phase, we’ll test the participants’ capacity to work in a team. They will be split into small teams, have a fixed time available for the exercise and get evaluated spot on. This is where the best 25 who lead by example will enter the Future 25.
