eNPS, also known as employee net promoter score, is a survey we send regularly in eMAG, as it helps us have a real understanding of how people in the organization feel. This gives us the data to act and improve employee experience, our ways of working and processes within the company.
This was the subject of our eNPS Action planning session. We took in all the time travellers’ results from the latest survey and challenged them to a discussion about what we, as individuals, can do to improve certain areas. The discussion quickly turned into a debate and the results were great! We left with some pretty awesome ideas that we can begin implementing starting…well today. 🙂
