We believe in learning as much as we can: both deepening our knowledge from our respective fields, as well as expanding our awareness when it comes to other areas. This can only offer us a better understanding of the business we activate in.
So we decided to allocate a few days in the following months for 25ers to find our more about what their fellow colleagues from the program are doing every day. Whether it’s coding, financial analysis, marketing campaigns, project management or another, each person had the chance to step in the shoes of 3 of their colleagues’ and observe them while doing their daily business tasks for a full day.
