Navigation workshop #2 – Business Canvas Model, a practical introduction

The 25ers started the New Year with a lot of energy and for three days they learned about Business Model Canvas (BMC) and how they can used it in their business projects. The workshop aimed to reach and detail three major perspectives: Customer perspective, Operational perspective and Business Perspective. The climax of the workshop was the hands-on experience with the BMC tool applied on a real world challenge – the experience of buying shoes online by Gen Z.
