In October, we deep dived into collaboration with a workshop on the SCARF model and how it can help when working with others. This came very handy, especially in this year’s context, when physical meetings were replaced by virtual ones.
The theory, as well as the interactive activities that followed, helped the participants analyze their reactions and emotions in certain situations, tense situations and learn how to handle them. Il also helped them understand how they can maximize the positive feelings generated through reward when working alongside others, therefore better collaborating.
After a short break due to Black Friday, we’ll be back at the beginning of December, so stay tuned. 🙂
